This projector is named Roadster S+18 J, originates from Christie, and its data sheet shows 16000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1600:1 and a resolution of SXGA+ 1400 x 1050. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 750 hours for this projector's lamp. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1102 cm can be illuminated with 16000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 735 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2011 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
