Known as the CP4420m-RGBH, this 3D-DLP projector by Christie features basic specs of 20000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6000:1 at a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 resolution. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 50000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 34.2 years at 4 hours a day. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. A look at the light output reveals: The 20000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1292 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 861 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly.
