A projector from Christie is the CP2000 XB, whose DLP model delivers 30000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HD2K 2048 x 1080 and a contrast of 2100:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3500 hours. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 30000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 1508 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 1005 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. The projector was released in 2008 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
