The Christie Mirage SST is a 3D-DLP projector that brings 30000 ANSI lumens, a UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 resolution alongside a contrast of 5000:1. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 30000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 779 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 519 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. A massive advantage for fixed installations is the HDBaseT interface, which transmits video, audio, and control signals losslessly over long cable runs. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie.
