Based on DLP technology, the Christie CP4445 RGB device delivers 26000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 and a contrast of 6000:1 as a projector. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 50000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 34.2 years at 4 hours a day. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 26000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1292 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 861 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance.
