Behind the name X319UST is a 3D-DLP projector by Optoma, whose main features include 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 18000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4500 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.2 years based on two hours of use per day. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 44 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 493 cm can be illuminated with 3200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 329 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
