The projector ProScene ZU920TST by Optoma utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 8200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1100:1 at a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 30000 hours, which translates to 20.5 years with 4 hours of daily use. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Projection Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 130 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 8200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 920 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 613 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
