Equipped with DLP technology, the Optoma EH401 offers 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 22000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 429 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 29 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. Since entering the market in 2022, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
