The projector PKA21 by Optoma utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 20 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at a resolution of WVGA 854 x 480. The built-in LED technology features a light source lifespan of 20000 hours, covering an estimated 13.7 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. To reduce dependence on stationary power sources, the model is equipped with a built-in battery for autonomous operation. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
