This projector from Optoma utilizes 3D-Laser-BrilliantColor-DLP technology, achieving 4200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 20000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 100 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 4200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 658 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 439 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
