This projector is named ProScene ZU820TST, originates from Optoma, and its data sheet shows 7400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1100:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 874 cm can be illuminated with 7400 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 583 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances.
