Known as the TX785, this 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Optoma features basic specs of 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 616 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 411 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
