Equipped with LCD technology, the Nec MT830 offers 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 275 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 183 cm. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. This model dates back to 1999 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
