As a projector for the Short Distance sector, the Epson USA PowerLite 760W is equipped with 4100 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast of 25000000:1. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 50 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 651 cm can be illuminated with 4100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 434 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Thanks to support for Miracast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
