The Epson USA PowerLite Pro G6550WU is a LCD projector that brings 5000 ANSI lumens, a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution alongside a contrast of 5000:1. According to Epson USA, the lamp has a durability of 3000 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
