The basic data of the Epson USA Pro L1060UNL includes 6000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 120 as well as a contrast of 2500000:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction, granting significant leeway during mounting. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 787 cm can be illuminated with 6000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 525 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. The projector was released in 2020 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
