Behind the name PowerLite Home Cinema 3020UB is a 3D-LCD projector by Epson USA, whose main features include 2300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 40000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 2300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 487 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 325 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
