Categorized in the Event segment, the PowerLite Pro Z11000WNL projector from Epson USA projects with a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution, alongside 11000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 15000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2400 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 11000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1066 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 711 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
