Known as the TITAN 33000 4K-UHD, this 3D-DLP projector by Digital Projection features basic specs of 29500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 18000:1 at a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 1500 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 1 years at 4 hours a day. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 1745 cm can be illuminated with 29500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 1163 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. This model continues to hold a solid place in our database search queries.
