The Digital Projection HIGHlite 10000HD is a Laser-DLP projector offering 10000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a resolution of HD2K 2048 x 1080. According to Digital Projection, the lamp has a durability of 1000 hours. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 10000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 871 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 581 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2005 and is officially no longer distributed by Digital Projection. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
