As a projector, the Digital Projection dVision SX+ combines DLP technology with a resolution of SXGA+ 1400 x 1050, and is additionally specified with 5500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 6000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 646 cm can be illuminated with 5500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 431 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2004, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
