The projector iVision 20 WUXGA XB / XL / XC / W / UW by Digital Projection utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 1600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 at a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 1600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 406 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 271 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. Since entering the market in 2006, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
