The HIGHlite Cine 1080p 660 is a DLP projector by Digital Projection, whose specifications list 8000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 909 cm can be illuminated with 8000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 606 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2011, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
