The projector Lightning 38 1080p 3D Ultra Contrast by Digital Projection operates as a 3D-DLP device with 10000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 4000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 500 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 10000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 1016 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 677 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Digital Projection.
