As a projector, the Digital Projection TITAN 1080p Dual 3D Ultra Contrast combines DLP technology with a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080, and is additionally specified with 4500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 5000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 682 cm can be illuminated with 4500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 455 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of Digital Projection's current product range.
