The V7000i is a 3D-DLP projector by Benq, whose specifications list 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 and a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 50 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 508 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 339 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Thanks to Android TV, the device features an intuitive user interface with direct access to popular streaming apps. This model dates back to 2021 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
