The MX522 model from Benq combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4500 hours for this projector's lamp. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.2 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
