As a projector for the Homecinema sector, the Benq HT 480W is equipped with 800 ANSI lumens, a SVGA+ 848 x 600 resolution and a contrast of 700:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1500 hours before a replacement is necessary. Looking at practical performance, up to 246 cm can be illuminated with 800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 164 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Benq's current lineup.
