The projector TH585P by Benq operates as a 3D-DLP device with 3500 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 10000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. Looking at practical performance, up to 601 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 401 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. This model dates back to 2022 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
