Not bad but not the best projector experience either. |
|
Bought the thing used with about 1000 hours for 700 euros.
From time to time the thing goes crazy and shows overheating, but after a ten-minute break you could switch it on again and it went on without any problems.
Then changed the lamp at 2000 hours after a lamp failure, which then burned for 2100 hours but then everything was only red after a short bang and that was it.....
Repair offer was too expensive at over 500 euros now I‘ve switched to Optoma.

Why no HDCP? |
|
Why can‘t the Bemaer support HDCP?
It says above that it would be possible via DVI-I socket.
Please ask for clarification.

I bought the projector at the end of 2005 for 2000 euros.
The projector can be recommended at any time, very high light output and suitable for professional use. However, it does not have HDCP. Therefore not suitable for Premiere HD, Bluray etc. Unfortunately, this is also a disadvantage that I had to experience. After only 30 hours of operation, the device very soon started to turn its fans up to maximum speed, making it very loud. A few hours later, the device switched itself off because the lamp temperature was supposedly too high. However, the error did not always occur at first. after approx. 100 hours, operation was no longer possible. After sending it under warranty, a wrong appliance was returned weeks later, which I then had to send back until I received my own appliance again. Unfortunately, after a short time I had the problem again....
