The equipment of the Benq MX852UST+ projector includes 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. According to Benq, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 86 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2014, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
