Known as the VPL SW630C, this LCD projector by Sony features basic specs of 3100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 at a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Lens Shift Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 566 cm can be illuminated with 3100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 377 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Sony. However, it remains one of the frequently accessed models in our database.
