The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours. Daily use of 4 hours makes an operational lifespan of over 13.7 years possible. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for optical image shifting. To plan the individual installation location, a look at the Projection Calculator is recommended. Looking at practical performance, up to 718 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 479 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Sony's current product range.
