A projector from Barco is the iD H500, whose DLP model delivers 5000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 2000:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1500 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projection Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range.
