As a projector, the Barco PGWX-61B combines DLP technology with a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800, and is additionally specified with 6200 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 4000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1500 hours before a replacement is necessary. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted on the projection surface without any loss of quality. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 800 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 533 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco.
