The technical data of the Epson EMP S1 includes 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 as well as a SVGA 800 x 600 display. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Looking at practical performance, up to 302 cm can be illuminated with 1200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 201 cm. This model dates back to 2003 and is no longer part of Epson's current product range.

I bought the projector 6 years ago and still have the first lamp in it. The projector is used to watch movies from the PC (the remote control for the computer is very practical!!), for sports broadcasts (connection to the receiver) and also as a monitor for games (Wii, PS 2)
Thanks to several connection options, it is versatile and, according to various
experts, better than its successor model, also in terms of features.
