A projector from Epson is the EH-TW7000, whose 3D-LCD model delivers 3000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 40000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3500 hours before a replacement is necessary. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Lens Shift Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 556 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 371 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
