The Everest RU531Wi is a LCD projector offering 3600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 5000 hours, which amounts to roughly 6.8 years at 2 hours of daily use. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 407 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
