A projector from Everest is the CR521X, whose LCD model delivers 3300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 10000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 4000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 94 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. Regarding projection size, the value of 3300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 500 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 333 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Everest.
