The Everest C741W is a LCD projector offering 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 20000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 27.4 years when used for 2 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 54 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 682 cm can be illuminated with 4500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 455 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
