The Everest CR405X is a LCD projector offering 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Everest, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 92 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2021 and is no longer part of Everest's current product range.
