The projector C731U by Everest utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 at a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. According to Everest, the lamp has a durability of 20000 hours, which amounts to roughly 27.4 years at 2 hours of daily use. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 54 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 4500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 682 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 455 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
