Equipped with LCD technology, the Viewsonic PJL855 offers 900 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 1500 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 261 cm can be illuminated with 900 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 174 cm. Since entering the market in 1999, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
