Designed for the Short Distance sector, the PJD8353s model from Viewsonic features 2600 ANSI lumens, a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast ratio of 15000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3500 hours before a replacement is necessary. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 86 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 2600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 296 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
