A projector from Viewsonic is the M2e, whose DLP model delivers 400 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 3000000:1. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 203 cm can be illuminated with 400 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 135 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers.
