The The Premiere 7 LPU7D model is a DLP projector from Samsung, intended for Short Distance applications, offering 2800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 at 4KESHIFT 2716 x 1528. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 50 cm. To allow for cross-manufacturer brightness comparisons, the stated ANSI lumen value is based on a conversion of the ISO lumen values. Regarding projection size, the value of 2800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 538 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 359 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since the projector supports DLNA screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
