The equipment of the Liesegang dv 400 projector includes 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 350:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. According to Liesegang, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Looking at practical performance, up to 435 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 290 cm. The projector was released in 2002 and is officially no longer distributed by Liesegang.
