The equipment of the Boxlight N12 LNWH projector includes 4100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 with a WXGA 1280 x 800 display. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 54 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 651 cm can be illuminated with 4100 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 434 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Boxlight's current product range.
