The hardware properties of the NeoPix 460 Smart manufactured by Philips include 500 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 2400:1. An LED lifespan of 30000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model – equivalent to a usable life of 20.5 years at 4 hours a day. Looking at practical performance, up to 227 cm can be illuminated with 500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 151 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Airplay and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
