With the DLA V2500G, JVC offers a 3D-DILA projector that features 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 30000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 30000 hours – calculating to 20.5 years at four hours of use per day. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Distance Calculator is available for room planning. Looking at practical performance, up to 352 cm can be illuminated with 1200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 235 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of JVC's current product range.
